▫ Assisted Raaho in enhancing the performance of their Driver App by implementing strategies to improve key metrics. This encompassed: -Amplifying user engagement within the app through targeted initiatives. -Collaborating with the team to ideate and devise roadmaps to enhance the app's value proposition. -Developing time-dependent models to forecast and optimize user population, thereby driving increased adoption rates. ▫ Assumed a pivotal role in overseeing the Control Tower function at Raaho, which encompassed end-to-end operational responsibilities. Key contributions included: -Conducting comprehensive analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of Control Tower agents and their impact on the driver app. -Strategically assigning deliverables and closely monitoring their execution to ensure seamless operations. -Daily engagement in activities aimed at optimizing the Control Tower function and its alignment with organizational objectives. ▫ Took on the role of Project Lead for the seamless integration of a cutting-edge sim tracking facility into Raaho's trackability venture, with the ultimate goal of delivering 100% trackability to all customers. Key responsibilities included: -Crafting a comprehensive request for proposal (RFP) and engaging with selected vendors to outline project details. -Establishing standardized metrics to facilitate the vendor selection process and ensure alignment with organizational requirements. -Collaborating closely with the chosen vendor to facilitate the smooth integration of their sim tracking service into Raaho's trackability ecosystem. -Skillfully negotiating pricing agreements to optimize value for Raaho while maintaining quality standards. -Facilitating knowledge transfer between the sim tracking vendor & the Control Tower executives to ensure a seamless transition and effective utilization of the new system.

▫Assisted Jefferies PWM to report regulatory parameters for securities exchanged to FINRA (SRO operating under SEC) for the CAT program▫ ▫Led project in analyzing legacy programs preceding CAT program (tracking securities throughout their life cycle and identifies the broker-dealers handling them, thus allowing regulators to efficiently track activity throughout the U.S. markets) (i.e., OATS reporting) and documenting reporting accuracy to conclude the success of OATS reporting: -Analyzed legacy and historical data 4 weeks prior to OATS reporting becoming legacy -Developed script to catch redundancies, duplications and catch any known issues in the data. -Formally documented different parameters that made up the legacy system of OATS, errors known prior to conclusion and the size & kind of errors that were associated with each issue known prior. ▫Led project in the implementation & maintenance of new E-Discovery and Legal Hold solutions for Jefferies prior to which E-Discovery and Legal Holds were handled on a rudimentary level (MS Excel sheets and MS outlook for notifications) -Developed and implemented a Request-For-Proposal with predetermined parameters scored based on solutions provided & a standardized scoring method in cooperation with the legal & compliance team at Jefferies -Proposed standardized scoring metrics comparing all the vendors in consideration to upper management. -Led maintenance and upkeep of on-premises implementation of the E-Discovery & Legal Hold solution provider & integration of Jefferies Legal and E-Discovery + Legal Hold vendors for transitionary knowledge transfer

• Administered and developed internal scorecard algorithm that was used to determine reliable loans, using tools for data analysis such as Pandas and NumPy, modelling 15+ variables used to weigh in on the model’s trustworthiness • Used machine learning to analyze trends and data based on previously recorded information, used test-train-split to train the model to train the model to analyze the weight of each variable being calculated and how it affected the model developed, testing end cases thereby fail-proofing the model • Analyzed, cleaned and translated data from Indian credit rating organizations to monitor externalities of a customer’s default probability, analyzed personal lines of credit of thousands of applications to rank applicants and to help the company identify viable customers

•Launched Reflexis’ Employee Performance Platform, a product used to schedule employees, check performance trends, schedule personalized goals and interviews based on employee meeting goals •Implemented data for the software, directly working with outsourced UI/UX team over the course of 12 weeks - administered the UI/UX team, providing them detailed concept sketches for statistical features of the software •Created and routed models to colleagues relating to ARIMA forecasting models, pre-aggregation of data and calculative metrics that would potentially be used on the employee performance platform, coordinated with the design team to tackle issues of matching algorithm-based metrics to good design
