Aabhas is a strategy and transformation leader with 13+ years of global consulting and leadership experience across Bain & Company, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, and Monitor-affiliate firms—helping enterprises, investors, and government institutions drive growth, diversification, and long-term value creation. He partners with CXOs, boards, and leaders to define and execute strategies that balance near-term acceleration with future-back transformation. His work spans Go-to-Market and commercial acceleration, enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, M&A and post-merger integration, and digital/AI-enabled business reinvention. Over his career, he has led numerous strategy and transformation engagements and M&A evaluations and commercial due diligences, delivering measurable results in margin improvement, portfolio optimization, and sustainable value creation. His cross-sector experience covers HiTech, IT and Tech Services, GCCs/Captives, Analytics, Media & Entertainment, Internet Platforms, and Education—with exposure to Infrastructure, Mobility, and Energy through ecosystem initiatives. He also works closely with premier education institutions to advance innovation, policy development, and industry–academia–startup collaboration across Mobility, Aerospace, Defence, and Space ecosystems.
