Looking after the Project Management of 4 Road Projects (Value Rs. 3318 Cr.). As a Project In-charge, the profile involves communication with Project Managers, planning and monitoring and oversee the execution of Works and Progress of Projects which includes huge infrastructure of our own plants and machineries fleet, manpower and subcontractors etc etc., coordination with our Client National Highway Authority of India and Consultants/ Authority Engineer, contract administration on day to day basis.

Contract Management of Infrastructure Project

Joined the organization as Planning Manager and was elevated to the position of Deputy Business Head (Planning and Contracts), a key position between the Top Management, Operations and Project Managers, requires to look after the Project Management, Contract Administration, Planning & Monitoring, Claim/ Variation Management, Important Correspondence and Coordination with Client and Consultants of all the Ongoing Projects apart from assisting the organization for proposal preparation. Reporting to MD and COO (Shanfari Group of Companies)

Review of Contract Design/ Drawings, Scrutinizing Contractor’s Program and all the required logistics and constructional plants to achieve the progress as per schedule, Supervise the Works and to assure the final approved work to be as per specification and approved drawings, conducting quality control checks during execution/completion of project, Assisting Engineer to update the Employer & Senior Management about variance in progress and risks, Contract Administration in terms of Valuation of Extension of Time, Claims, Variation, etc, Certification of Contractor’s Payment and Issue of Completion Certificate, Maintenance Certificate and Verification of Contractor’s Final Bill.
