Minha trajetória de mais de 25 anos na companhia é marcada pela expansão internacional, pela integração cultural de equipes em diversos países e por um compromisso genuíno com as pessoas e com a agenda ESG. Ao longo dessa jornada, liderei operações no Brasil, Latam, Estados Unidos, China e Europa, conduzindo aquisições e fusões estratégicas além de um destacado crescimento orgânico. Sou engenheiro mecânico formado pela Universidade de Caxias do Sul, mestre pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul e pós-graduado em gestão por instituições como Fundação Dom Cabral, CENEX, INSEAD e Harvard Business School, com especializações em estratégia global, fusões e aquisições e liderança inovadora.
