Designed custom Azure Policies and application-specific compliance matrices, automating checks and corrections via Terraform. ✅ Java/Spring/DB2 Development Built and evolved Java/Spring applications with a focus on performance, security, and reliability – developing end-to-end solutions from REST API integration to persistence in DB2, following Clean Code, SOLID, and architecture best practices. ✅ Performance Optimization Resolved severe performance bottlenecks in a Java application that monitored cronjobs and took over 5 minutes to start up. Refactored complex SQL queries and fixed concurrency issues due to incorrect transaction isolation settings.
