• Market maker in Turkey Sovereign and Corporate Usd Sukuks ( Everyday sending bid / ask quotations via bloomberg chatrooms ) • We manage 1 billion USD, 1 billion EUR, 2 billion TRY and XAU denominated Sukuk portfolio. • Established good relations with several Banks of London`s bond trading side in 3 month. • Trying to offer between 0.20-0.50 spread according to daily liquidity. ( Our GCC based and Banks of London customers feedback regarding our daily spread is really pleasing. ) • As a man of promise , I always stick the price that I sent. Never reject. ( At least for 1MM  ) • When any of my counterparty ask a price, I buy it for my portfolio or sell it from my portfolio rather than go to market. • Not actively trading but clients who ask any of GCC sukuk always welcome. ( Especially, DUGB, DIFCAE, SECO …) • For each new issued Sukuks, we decide to take part or not. • Because of Advisory Board restrictions do not short sell or buy sukuk from short seller. • Having close relation with brokers. (When the price is on street I definitely know it.) • Someone in the same business told me that` I was trading these Turk Sukuks when there was no liquidity but then I gave up until both liquidity and volume emerged by your arrival.` (Such a thing referred is proud for me ) • Finding new counterparties. ( Talking with FI guys, convincing compliance and fight against credit guys) • FX Swap, murabaha and wakala deals. ( Especially focused on long term deals.) • Structuring products such as Cross Currency Swap , Profit Rate Swap, Collateralized Murabaha ( Trying to understand the Shari Board concerns and directing them to London Bank`s structuring department. Negotiating and trying to find the solution.) • Review agreements.
