Led the overall pricing charter for the company across all categories; owned the strategy to be the lowest cost online channel for sellers through various initiatives such as un-bundlings, seller and competition intelligence.

- Led a team of 40+ for scale-up of core non-fashion categories on the platform such as Beauty & Personal Care, Mobile Electronics and Accessories.
