As an intern in T-Hub's Business Excellence Team, I am responsible for a range of tasks including data processing, visualization, database management, app integrations, building process flows, and collaborating with stakeholders from various teams to understand their requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders from various teams is an essential part of my internship. By engaging with project managers, executives, and clients, I gather their needs and business requirements, translating them into actionable plans. Effective stakeholder management and strong communication skills are key to ensuring project alignment and successful outcomes. In addition to my core responsibilities, I have the privilege of volunteering in organizing events conducted by T-Hub. These events provide me with valuable opportunities to interact with people from top Corporates, Startups, and Investors, International delegates. Through these interactions, I gain insights into the business ecosystem, build relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the events. Throughout my internship, I prioritize my workload effectively and manage my time efficiently. Developing and refining my project management skills is a key focus area. Furthermore, I actively contribute to business process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to optimize workflows.

As an engineering student, I prioritized efficient time management to balance coursework, projects, and personal commitments. I was dedicated to excelling in my studies, actively engaging in hands-on projects and research to apply theoretical knowledge. I actively participated in student organizations, fostering teamwork and leadership skills while expanding my network.
