As the founding teacher of the Arcadia STREAM programme I have worked hard to put together an innovative programme that sees all Primary students accessing high Quality weekly STEM lessons. My role is - Plan and deliver high quality STEAM lessons to all Primary students - Assess and track the progress of all learners in the subject - Identfy exceptional learners and support them in representing the school at international competitions - Train and support teachers in introducing and teaching through STEM based techniques - Ensure the lessons are cross curricular and add value to students existing learning - Identify and purchase resources for STEM programme - Deliver training and coffee morning to parents on the importance of STEM and how they can support their children in 21st century learning - Support and train teachers in using AI and VR in their classroom

STEM STARS is an after school programme that is fun and engaging. It teaching students through Lego Education, VR, AR and AI in innovative problem solving techniques. Students use creativity, collaboration, critical thinking skills and computational thinking to solve some of the worlds most pressing issues.

Creating an engaging learning environment that meets individual student needs. Observing students' behavior to identify any problems the student may be having. Providing individualized attention to each child in the class, especially those who are struggling academically or behaviorally. • Create an inquiry based classroom that develops critical thinking skills and next step learning for all learners • Develop appropriate assessment tasks which provide timely and effective feedback • Write formal academic reports and hold parent meetings highlighting key achievements and student targets • Plan and deliver outstanding lessons which include differentiation, scaffolding and mastery activities • Select relevant resources and tools to support and enhance classroom learning

• Create an inquiry based classroom that develops critical thinking skills and next step learning for all learners • Develop appropriate assessment tasks which provide timely and effective feedback • Write formal academic reports and hold parent meetings highlighting key achievements and student targets • Plan and deliver outstanding lessons which include differentiation, scaffolding and mastery activities • Select relevant resources and tools to support and enhance classroom learning • Worked additionally as a specialist ESL and Cover Teacher across all Primary year groups • Developed the Science Curriculum to ensure progression of skills and meaningful links with IPC topics • Monitored standards of teaching and learning in Science and provided support to ensure consistency across year groups • Supported teachers in accelerating the progress of students with identified needs including gifted and talented • Worked as an essential member of the IPC team that oversaw an internal overview across the curriculum, and implemented recommendations from the report • Delivered transformational CPD to impact staff practice and student outcomes • Integrated the use of technology within Science to elevate learning experiences • Fostered collaborative links with the Secondary Science department to enhance the learning experiences of Primary students • Sourced, audited and optimised the use of resources to ensure high quality teaching and learning

• One Year working as a specialist ESL and PE Teacher across the whole school • One Year working as a Year 1 and 2 Teacher planning and delivering lessons, assessing and marking work (UK curriculum in Mathematics, English, and leading the International Primary Curriculum) • Coached the school Swimming and Athletics teams and thereafter entered them into regional competitions • Taught Cambridge FCE certificate in English • Served as the IPC Coordinator

• Served as a Youth Involvement Manager on the SLT, leading Youth Empowerment across the borough • Acted as Senior Manager responsible for 12 members of staff • Wrote a Youth Participation and Youth Volunteering strategy and oversaw the implementation • Delivered borough wide Young Mayor elections which included 70% voter turnout • Managed and allocated a £500k budget • Ran numerous Duke of Edinburgh awards

• Served as Youth and Community Policy Advisor to Secretary of State MP Hazel Blears and MP Sadiq Khan • Planned and delivered International trips for young people in partnership with the Foreign Office to Bangladesh, Maldives and USA • Planned and delivered a national consultation conference for 500 young people, as well as three additional regional conferences • Managed a £600k budget
