Dimitri Tsamados, a French national with extensive Asian experience, holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and studied Chinese in Paris. He started his professional career with LVMH in China before returning to France to manage the electronic publishing for a Parisian start-up media company. His career in talent acquisition began in 1995 with Michael Page and his achievement there then brought him to the technology search firm, Morgan Howard, as a Director to set up the company’s operations in Asia. Relocating to Singapore, he opened its first regional office in January 2000 and spearheaded its development in East Asia. Dimitri then founded Amhurst Gordon International, an esteemed Asian executive search boutique dedicated to delivering leadership capital to the Technology, Professional Services and Life Sciences industries. Having joined CTPartners after selling his venture, first in the Bay area then back in Asia, Dimitri served a broad spectrum of clients, from Technology vendors to Professional Services firms and Industrial players, helping them with their international expansion or transformation in Asia Pacific. Dimitri returned to his entrepreneurial roots with the creation in 2013 of DTCA, an Asia focused executive search boutique dedicated to providing a flexible, creative and trusted alternative to the large firms. The firm was sold to Eric Salmon & Partners in 2015. Specialities: executive search for high-growth companies. Focused on tech in general and #web3 in particular.
