During this internship period I've learnt 1) Various production process of FIBC bag manufacturing (Tape plant, blown film, circular & needle loom, lamination, hygiene production, finishing & packing) 2) Waste Control & Recycling 3) Seen Industrial Engineering Practices (Time study, motion study, Efficiency & Productivity measurement) 4) Introduced with Ergonomics & Safety Practices 5) Seen the material handling practices 6) Seen the Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Testing Processes Achievement: I've recommended several initiative to do 100% recycling of wastes by providing them a report consisting about my internship over there. After reading my report the company CEO has awarded me with money & a job offer after my graduation completed.
