Responsible for leading and participating in technical analysis in order to develop, implement, and support enterprise clinical business applications. Provides oversight and leadership to project team members, as well as other IT professionals both inside and outside the IS Division. Collaborates with internal and external clients to provide guidance and alternatives in the development of multiple complex solutions throughout the institution.

Responsible for data mining institutional systems and identifying patterns in enterprise data sources using statistical methodology. Tasked to generate hypotheses for executive leadership and/or perform institutional performance measurement. Manages independent, complex analysis of programmatic opportunities with business plan recommendations and management consulting assistance for the institution. Scope: Impacts division and/or institution operations.

Function: Responsible for developing and preparing analysis and information to support the informational needs of the institution, including, but not limited to, clinical, planning, research, education, and prevention areas. Scope: Impacts division and/or institution operations.

Essential Job Functions: Provides production support and management of Windows based systems along with the Storage Area Network (SAN). Uses tools productively and reactively to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Designs, builds, and deploys new systems and repairs and maintains existing systems. Researches and investigates new technologies. Supports the development and office staff for all issues with systems running Windows in the development and production environments. Proposes and administers policies and procedures related to user roles, user privileges and the authentication and authorization of users. Implements change management standards, policies, and procedures for all changes to the system and interfaces with integrated systems.
