During my tenure as a Software Engineer in Fargo, North Dakota (June 2008 – February 2014), I played a pivotal role in shaping Dynamics 365 Finance (formerly Dynamics AX). I led the modernization of the Collections module, introducing credit card payment capabilities and SEPA payment integration, significantly improving efficiency and user experience. Additionally, I contributed to the development and enhancement of Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections, driving innovation in financial automation.
