Responsible for all technology and IT systems supporting the entreprise, including: software development and engineering teams, R&D, management of internal and external platforms, systems operational support and cybersecurity.

He occupied an important role in this growing company by delivering SaaS products, ensuring DevOps transformation, optimizing Agile methodologies, optimizing processes, realizing BigData projects and overseeing resources as well as operations to reach global objectives.

Obtains and maintains full PCI-DSS certification as a service provider and retains clean SSAE 18 (SOC 1 Type 2) bi-yearly audits.

As a member of the Advisory Board of one of the largest survey firms in Quebec, he weighed in and advised the management team on various subjects; such as governance, organizational structure, marketing, sales and business development, acquisition strategies, and more.

Taking on a role at this company following a technology merge, he was responsible for the development of technological teams, including the developing, deploying, managing and supporting of the SaaS Ticketing Back-Office and online E-Commerce solutions of the new entity.

Evolving in this role through various promotions, he took on several responsibilities such designing, implementing and deploying advanced SaaS-based programmatic robot protection used by ticket scalpers and hackers. His accomplishments also include the deployment of the Outbox ticketing platform across 100+ venues worldwide and its expansion into additional data centers.

During his time at this company acting as a Director of Product Management and Business Continuity, he not only provided seamless liaison between his teams and the clients as well as the stakeholders, he also handled and tracked international cargo transports using SaaS under his responsibilities for the ShipDecision product line.

Promoted from Project Leader to Product Manager, he installed the first SaaS-handled databases for Stelvio’s insurance car claims. He also managed the product’s roadmap and specifications of enhancements as well as new features while overseeing the product’s documentation.

He was furthermore responsible for the relocation and equipment in a server room, installed and managed the first databases for the web products offered by Stelvio (SQL Server, Oracle).

Through this experience, he assisted engineers in call routing traffic network simulations to promote, upgrade sales and program call routing traffic software simulators, while also solving technical issues with the help of the SOS (Switch Operating System) group.

In this role, he programmed an AM / FM radio station analysis software for interference detections operating across Canada.
