• Support the technical team of engineers in different operational areas working across GE PC Global Technology & Engineering in Brazil; • Support in resolving technical project issues and deploy operational process and metrics; • Build strong operational linkage between different functions in Brazil; • Support in delivering high quality technical work and improving execution standards including on-time delivery and document first time yield.

Main responsibilities: • Lead the Technology and Engineering organization in Brazil closely aligned with global organization with clearly defined focus areas. • Connect with GTE leaders to bring focus, identify areas of excellence & deliver to global expectations; • Operational leadership to track, monitor & deliver on KPIs; • Strategic & operational connect with Brazil business leadership. Main projects managed in the period: • Power & Electrical Propulsion System for 22 Drill ships to be applied in Pre-Salt area and manufacture by local shipyards (Keppel Fels, Ecovix, EAS - Estaleiro Atlantico Sul, EEP - Estaleiro Enseada do Paraguaçu) – End customer: Petrobras – Years: 2011-2013.

Main responsibilities: • Management of Converteam Brazil Operation team (Project Management, Electrical & Automation Engineering, Lean, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Logistics, Commissioning, Quality and EH&S areas); • Number of subordinates: ~200 (Managers, Engineers, Technicians, Analysts, Buyers, Electricians, Planners and Trainees); • Member of the Converteam Brazil Executive Committee participating and supporting the Strategic Business Plan for South American and Brazilian markets; • Responsible by the technical support in Business Development in Metal, Mining, Oil & Gas and Marine Offshore markets and Contracts Negotiation; • Technical responsible by electrical and automation engineering solutions for Converteam Brazil projects; • Coordination in the Frame Agreements process for main electrical equipment with main suppliers (GE, Siemens, Schneider, Phoenix, Eaton, Eaton and Zilmer); • Coordination in Technology Transfer process with GE – Brazil/Germany (SEN Plus – Low Voltage Switchboards and MCC’s) and Converteam France and UK units (MV Drives and AC Drilling System).
