Yooralla has been supporting people with disability to pursue their goals, build independence and live meaningful lives for more than a century. Since 1918, we have worked in partnership with people with disability, their families and carers to enable choice, inclusion and connection in everyday life. As one of Victoria’s most established for-purpose disability service providers, we bring deep experience and a person-centred approach to everything we do. Across Melbourne and regional Victoria, our people deliver a wide range of supports, including accommodation and residential services, specialist disability accommodation, employment and training, support coordination, kindergarten inclusion, recreation and therapy services, including assistive technology – helping people of all ages and needs to live the lives they choose. Yooralla is proudly part of Berry Street Yooralla. Berry Street Yooralla is a family and disability services organisation supporting children, young people, families, and people with disability to be safe, included and supported to lead their best lives, free from violence, abuse, neglect, and discrimination. Berry Street Yooralla’s mission is to foster wellbeing through the strength of relationships and communities by providing support, education and pathways to home. The formation of Berry Street Yooralla in 2024 brings two centuries of frontline expertise in the family and disability support services space. By delivering integrated, trauma-informed and disability-aware supports across child protection, youth justice, education, family violence, disability services, housing and employment, Berry Street Yooralla addresses critical gaps to create a safer, more supportive society for all.
