Willow Creek is primarily engaged in the construction, replacement, and repair of natural gas pipelines, crude oil pipelines, storage facilities, civil site, and I&E work, as well as biogas services, in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, New Mexico, and Texas.
