A Via Fértil iniciou seus trabalhos em 30 de Abril de 2004, na cidade de Sapezal/MT, após decisão dos sócios Paulo César Favaro Motta, Luiz Rogério Botaro e Emersom Valdir Ferreira, de abrirem um negócio próprio juntos. Após verificarem a necessidade de ter um distribuidor de produtos agrícolas diferenciado em Sapezal/MT, decidiram criar a Via Fértil. Ao longo de todos esses anos, a demanda por produtos agropecuários aumentou, e a Via Fértil entregou resultados expressivos, apresentando desempenho superior aos principais índices de mercado, tanto em momentos de alta, quando em momentos de baixa de mercado. Novos produtos foram adicionados ao portfólio, levando ao fortalecimento junto à parceira Bayer, impulsionando o crescimento. A empresa se reestruturou e cresceu em um ritmo bastante positivo nesses últimos anos, e por isso têm aproveitado esse bom ambiente para melhorar a cada dia.
