Formed in 2003, Triad Ventures is a boutique real estate investment and development firm focused primarily on the residential sector. With an opportunistic and diversified strategy, Triad has led and advised on projects across California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Central America. The firm actively acquires infill properties for the entitlement and development of single-family and multi-family housing. Through affiliated entities, Triad also provides acquisition, construction management, and development advisory services. Triad’s principals bring over 30 years of real estate experience, both as executives at major U.S. homebuilders and as independent developers and investors. They have led the acquisition, entitlement, and development of more than $500 million in real estate projects—including infill residential communities, master-planned developments, custom homes, and resort and hospitality properties across the U.S. and Central America.
