Tri-Par is a full-service precision plastic injection molding manufacturing company providing precision injection molding, mold design, mold-making, and contract manufacturing services. Since 1960 Tri-Par has served the plastics industry with the highest quality in custom-built SPI/SPE injection molds. The company added custom precision injection molding in the early 1990s to provide our customers with fully integrated plastic goods manufacturing services. All operations are Under One Roof in our ISO Certified South Elgin facility to be a one-stop full-service plastics solution provider and to meet the unique needs of each project with engineer-driven value-added solutions. Whether requirements are for larger or smaller production runs, Tri-Par will give the same attention to the detail from concept forward on a new program or the transfer of an existing mold needing a new home with press sizes ranging from 50-720 tons. Tri-Par still today builds molds for our tooling-only customers as well as in support of our injection molding manufacturing customers. Tri-Par provides turn-key system integration, in-house sampling, and process validation services for our tooling-only customers.
