Transitions Counseling and Consulting is a Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health practice serving children, teens, and adults across Arizona and Texas. In operation since 2014. We're in-network with most major insurance plans, offer appointments Monday through Saturday, and get most new clients scheduled for a mental health appointment within 5 days. Services - Individual therapy, including EMDR and CBT: Ages 6+ - Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP): Ages 10+ - Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP): Ages 13-17 - Psychiatry and medication management: Ages 6+ - Relationship and family counseling - Telehealth and in-person options available You won't have to start over as your needs change. Our range of services means clients can move between levels of care without leaving their clinical team.
