The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO) is the medical college responsible for the training and professional development of ophthalmologists (medical eye specialists) in Australia and New Zealand. Our mission is to drive improvements in eye healthcare in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region through continuing exceptional training, education, research and advocacy. Underpinning all of our work is a commitment to, best patient outcomes, evidence based decision making, collaboration and collegiality. As such, we are responsible for training, examining and representing ophthalmologists of the highest order.
