The Malta Chamber

The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry shall seek: "To vigorously influence the formation of policy at national and European level towards the development of an enterprise culture, the creation of favourable economic conditions to the advantage of Members and the interests of the wider community."​ The quality policy at the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry is: “To achieve customer satisfaction by continually improving processes and services to ensure they consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. “ The Malta Chamber Quality Policy is achieved through the implementation, control and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, which is in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Furthermore, the Quality Policy provides the direction and framework for establishing and reviewing the Quality Objectives.
