Brand owner of independently bottled, over 20 years old, single cask, single malt Scotch whisky. Creating a new single malt Scotch whisky and gin distillery on the most northerly inhabited island in the UK, Unst, Shetland Isles. The company was created by Stuart Nickerson who has over 35 years experience in the industry, managing several of the major Scotch malt distilleries. Originally established as a consulting company it has now re-focused on producing Scotch whisky and other distilled products and building production capacity.
