Founded in 2010, Syzygy is the leading specialist low carbon technology consultancy for the real estate sector. Our core focus is on renewable energy, energy storage, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and delivering net zero. Much of our work is on supporting our clients in 'embedding' these technologies into the built environment. Critically, embedding technologies in a way that optimises the commercial outputs. This is where we excel with our ability to combine a truly holistic approach (integrating technologies and advising on smart project structures) with a ruthless focus on maximising the financial outcomes - clients are committing in many cases substantial capital to projects - it is very very difficult to justify investment without a robust business case to support it. We also work within the utility-scale sector, particularly supporting corporates, often large operational businesses, to meet their net zero carbon targets through delivering 'additionality' - whether that be advising on Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or developing, funding and operating their own supplies of renewable power. We operate in the UK, Continental Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.
