Founded in 1854, Sparkasse – Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano has been a joint-stock company since 1992 and has more than 26,000 shareholders. The main shareholder is the banking foundation Stiftung Südtiroler Sparkasse - Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano.
