South Calgary Primary Care Network

South Calgary Primary Care Network (SCPCN) is a group of over 340 family doctors and a multidisciplinary team of health professionals (Dietitian's, Nurses, Mental Health Therapists, Social Workers, and more) who work in coordination to provide enhanced patient care. Family physicians in south Calgary who belong to SCPCN have additional supports to better serve their patient panel. We also offer a variety of workshops to patients who are looking to better manage their physical and mental health. We believe it takes an extraordinary team to deliver exceptional care.
