In 1994, a team of Architects and Designers in Austin, Texas came together to establish Sixthriver. This distinguished design partnership consisted of experienced and award-winning professionals who possess a profound understanding of Austin culture and heritage. As the city transforms and grows, so does our firm. What started as a handful of local projects has since expanded into a portfolio of over 50 million square feet of built environment. From office buildings, mixed-use developments, student housing, corporate interiors, and hospitality projects – Sixthriver has built a lasting legacy in the community. Today, we are a diverse collective of design professionals who are deeply committed to the collaborative process. We share ideas and draw from our extensive experience to craft meaningful solutions for our clients. Furthermore, as a predominantly women-owned business, Sixthriver proudly holds HUB, WBE, and DBE certifications, expanding the range of projects for our talented Architects and Designers.
