Established in 2014, Sanad Abu Dhabi is a privately-held, single-family office. As the name ‘Sanad سند ‘suggests, we were established to ‘support’ with providing a wide variety of personalized services to help the family manage complex demands, including philanthropic initiatives, concierge services, and more. As our mandate expanded and the team grew, we extended our support towards conceptualization and development of new projects as well as growth of existing local assets. Our involvement in helping manage the family’s assets combined with our passion to make an impact to support Abu Dhabi’s broader economic development has led us today to expand our horizons beyond being an owner and operator of assets in the UAE. Given our ability to incubate, build and grow projects, form strategic joint-ventures and underwrite diverse public and private market investments, we are today equipped to manage complex requests on behalf of our Principal shareholder. Endowed with a grand vision that resonates with Abu Dhabi’s overall aspiration to emerge as a preeminent financial powerhouse from the region, our goal is to construct a portfolio that maximizes long-term financial returns for our Principal while simultaneously forging strategic partnerships that hold the promise of bestowing positive outcomes on the region.
