Tooling and Mold Making: The quality of mass production begins with the mold. We develop and manufacture complex molds, including 2K/3K and micro-injection molding tools, as well as high-cavity systems (up to 128 cavities). The experience gained from our own injection molding operations is directly integrated into the design process. In addition to taking over injection molding production by relocating existing customer molds to RKT, we also offer external mold manufacturing. In these cases, we build tools on behalf of customers and transfer them back for use in their own production facilities. Plastic Injection Molding for Medicine & Life Science: Within Cleanroom Classes 7 and 8, we produce components for state-of-the-art medical applications, including microfluidic devices (e.g., lab-on-a-chip systems), therapy-relevant components, and laboratory equipment. For efficient high-volume production, we utilize automated systems and robotics.
