Relax Retractors

Founded in 2009 by Australian spinal surgeon Dr. Kevin Seex Relax Retractors is a small Sydney based company focused on the design, manufacture and development of innovative and original spinal surgery retractors. Frustrated with the limitations and compromises of conventional retractor systems Kevin has developed a suite of original retractors centered around some key design concepts; Compliant or semi-rigid retraction offers better blood perfusion to patient tissues whilst bone fixation keeps the 'prize in the picture' should the patient move. -Fix to the spine not the table. -Improve surgical visualisation without tissue compromise. Today in 2020 we have seen our systems taken up domestically and internationally as our unique solutions to everyday surgeon issues drives demand for a better way of doing things.
