Our vision is driven by the wish to fully relieve our customers as far as their supply chain is concerned. In today’s Omnichannel model of our customers and potential customers this is usually taken care of by several parties. At Promese, however, we do it differently: we process your complete sales channel from A to Z. Whether it is about your own physical store, other people’s physical shop, your own web shop, the web shop of third parties (such as: Zalando, Amazon, Wehkamp, etc.) or any other point of sale one could think of: Promese can take care of the entire supply chain. Even if a part of the obtained sales orders was not purchased at Promese but at another point of purchase, Promese can still organise the order flow with their Omnichannel system. From linking the systems to effecting the final deliveries as well as correctly following up on these, Promese is the benchmark for the industry. Promese want to act as the missing link for their clients in order to see to it that all possible points of sale and/or moments of contact with the consumer will be realised.
