Founded in 2004 by Duncan Peak, Power Living's our vision is to inspire and transform lives by sharing the profound teachings of modern Yoga and Pilates. We strive to be the world’s most accessible and trusted educators in this practice, ensuring that its life-changing benefits can be experienced by all. Together, we empower our community with the tools to cultivate happier, more balanced, and fulfilled lives. Power Living Education - Our broad range of courses offered and taught by masterful educators sets us apart from the rest. Since 2007, we have been committed to elevating yoga teaching standards around the globe with our 200-hour yoga teacher training and Advanced yoga training courses. At Power Living, we are recognised as the ‘teachers of teachers and as such, our graduates are regarded as some of the best-trained yoga instructors in the industry. Our Yoga Teacher Training Programs are for aspiring teachers and anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice to better understand the yoga philosophy and its origins. Power Living Studios - we run over 100 yoga and reformer pilates classes each week in our two studios, Manly and Neutral Bay, as well as Livestream online classes. Our studios are hubs of community and connection with hundreds of dedicated members and students, and offer monthly free and paid events blending yoga, music and education.
