Ping An Asset Management Co. Ltd (PAAMC) was established in May 2005 with a registered capital of RMB1500million (USD231.12million). It was formerly the Investment Management Center of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (Ping An Group), dating back to 1995. PAAMC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ping An Group, located in China’s financial center – Pudong, Shanghai.
