We work closely internally, with our community partners, and with our manufacturers to train our associates so they can provide our customers with most up to date information available. Training is critical to the development of our associates and drives our ability to effectively provide The PetPeople Experience. We are all one team and depend on one another for our success! At PetPeople, we love what we do! Our Community: We are deeply committed to supporting local non-profit animal related charities. We do not sell dogs and cats, or allow anyone else to create profit in our stores doing so. Instead, we use our influence to educate the community about the important work of non-profit shelters and rescue groups. We have amazing customers and store associates who are doing incredible work on behalf of unfortunate pets. We are very proud to be involved with these important groups and support their efforts. We also financially support our associates who are doing community service on behalf of PetPeople. Donations to Date: over $600,000!
