We envision a world where people have access to social and spatial justice through dignified housing and labor conditions. Our key objectives are to - Connect the frequently siloed practices of research, policy making and on-the-ground ecosystem building; - Put our analytical and storytelling skills at the service of those organizing for economic and social alternatives; - Create the knowledge base that will fuel long-term solutions and systemic change; - Inspire better policies around spatial justice - both outside and inside the Central and Eastern European region; - Build sustainable institutions and strengthen communities by supporting the emerging ecosystem of solidarity economy organizations in Hungary, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as globally. We achieve our goals through - Uncovering the inherent contradictions of our social system through state-of-the-art research and rigorous analysis; - Telling the story of these contradictions in an understandable way, thus inspiring better policies around spatial justice and supporting those organizing on the ground; - Building viable alternatives that work in diverse contexts, in alliance with others. Our three thematic fields, reflecting our key impact areas are - Labor, - Housing, - Capital.
