The Northwestern University School of Communication is a global leader in communication arts and sciences education. We comprise five departments: Communication Sciences and Disorders; Communication Studies; Performance Studies; Theatre and Dance; and Radio/Television/Film. Our world-renowned faculty integrate research and practice, and our students graduate as leaders and innovators in the performing and media arts and communication sciences. Our mission is to advance the art, science, and practice of communication through education, scholarship, creative expression, analysis, and advocacy.
