Northern Group is a Manchester based owner, developer, sales and property management agency with a long standing presence in the city’s residential and commercial property market. The business was instrumental in the regeneration of Ancoats Urban Village, being among the area’s earliest investors and playing a key role in shaping it into one of Manchester’s most desirable neighbourhoods to live, work and grow. Alongside managing and renting a diverse portfolio of homes, apartments and office space, Northern Group has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality, design led developments across Manchester and the wider North West. The company has been at the forefront of the city’s build to rent sector, combining long term ownership with hands on management. With an ever expanding residential and commercial portfolio, Northern Group has delivered both large and small scale developments in sought after postcodes, alongside a growing sales service supporting investors, landlords and buyers. Director Nathan Ezair joined the business in 2002, bringing a clear focus on bold regeneration, restoration and new build projects. Developments including Flint Glass Wharf, Ice Plant and Jactin House sit at the heart of Ancoats Urban Village, close to Northern Group’s head office, allowing the team to remain closely involved with its buildings, tenants and the continued regeneration of the area. Today, Northern Group employs 47 people across development, sales, lettings and property management. The team is built on professionalism, approachability and long term thinking, with a clear aim to create well managed buildings and neighbourhoods where people genuinely feel at home.
