Montessori School at Hampstead

At Montessori School at Hampstead, we offer programs for toddlers, starting at 18 months, extending through middle school. Montessori at Hampstead offers a structured yet individual, child-driven approach to education based on the Montessori method. Focus is on the whole child, imparting social and emotional skills in addition to academic skills. This approach is designed to build a child's self-esteem and foster a lifelong, self-driven desire to learn. We believe strongly in community, diversity, and building and supporting the development of happy, independent children which create fulfilled community minded adults. Montessori School at Hampstead is also the only Montessori school in the area undergoing the rigorous accreditation process with AdvancEd (formally SACS) and the International Montessori Council (IMC).
