Founded in 2011, Montana Capital Partners ("MCP") is an investment boutique headquartered in Switzerland and regulated by FINMA focused on niches of the secondary market as well as on asset management solutions. Our focus in secondaries is in the European and North American middle market, with a sweet spot at deal sizes of EUR 40-80m. MCP and its affiliates manage five funds to date, all closed at their hard cap, with total assets under management of over EUR 4.4bn. We have completed over 140 transactions and maintain relationships with over 250 fund managers.
