Since its inception in 1998, MELCOFIN & Co. provides M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory Services with a focus on Europe (with an emphasis on German-speaking Europe/France) and South Africa. We advise larger family-owned businesses and family offices in engaging in co-investments along with other family offices. As smaller shareholders, we help start-ups identifying 'smart' investors and offer strategic advice in terms of their roll-out strategy and leveraging of an industrial advisory board.
