A privately held organization, the company caters to 2W, 3W, 4W, commercial vehicle, tractor, and select railway application segments. Certified with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, Mega Rubber Technologies has built a strong pan-India presence with six manufacturing facilities strategically located across major automotive hubs in western and northern India, ensuring close proximity and efficient support to customers. Over nearly three decades, the company has developed deep expertise in rubber engineering, Rubber-to-Metal bonded technology, and Liquid Silicone Rubber moulding. Its capabilities include world-class design, product development, testing, validation, application support, and technical consultancy, enabling OEMs to achieve their evolving developmental goals. Mega Rubber’s growth journey includes key milestones such as the establishment of its Mumbai plant in 1995, Mega Mixing Plant in 2006, Manesar Moulding Plant in 2009, Khushkhera Mixing Plant in 2012, Bawal Moulding Plant in 2019, Central Engineering & Tooling Facility in 2023, and the Sealing System Division at Chakan, Pune in 2023.
