McMaster Economics Society

The McMaster Economics Society at the Department of Economics, McMaster University is a student-run organization dedicated to enhancing the experience of all students with a passion for Economics. We aim to provide a platform for Economics students to engage in academic and social settings outside of the classroom. The McMaster Economics Society holds a series of events throughout the school year that assist students in learning about the available academic and career opportunities at McMaster University. Events such as Meet the Profs, Federal Job Information Session, and EconTalks, give students the chance to build their networks with individuals in the department as well as professionals. Furthermore, our social events provide students the chance to interact with their peers in a casual and inviting environment.
