McKinley USA operates two paper mills in the United States, one in New Mexico and the other in Washington. McKinley-New Mexico is one of the most efficient and sustainable paper mills in the United States thanks to our circular sustainability model that allows to produce 100% recycled paper, co-generate 100% of the green energy consumed and recycle 100% of the water of its processes through an advanced "zero effluent" system of closed circuit. We recently acquired a major paper factory in the forest heart of the United States, in the State of Washington, where we will also replicate our sustainable business model to produce paper without cutting down trees, co-generate green energy with steam from our operations and recycle water from our industrial processes.
