In 1966, Angelo Mancino settled into a rented Philadelphia loft, "incorporated"​ his tiny gym mat company and huddled over his black Singer Sewing Machine. Drawing from his previous 20 years of "cut and sew"​ experience, Angelo set the Mancino standard for Italian craftsmanship, product quality and customer dedication.Fast forward to over fifty years later, Bob and Rebecca Mancino run the 500 square meter manufacturing plant and continue to seek innovative product designs, improved production processes and new markets. While proudly adjusting to market demands, internet challenges and industry fluctuations, the Mancino Mission Statement has remained unchanged since 1966: "Use the best raw materials available to manufacture the highest quality safety padding products.
