Not only do we undertake the most stringent tests on new products before they are sold but we also test each and every camera, DVR and NVR before they leave our warehouse. In the rare case that there is a problem we have an industry leading in-house technical team available who can assist you over the phone, remote access a PC on site or even use your mobile phone camera to troubleshoot an installation as if they were there next to you. We have a wide range of CCTV cameras available, from a basic 2mp eyeball dome camera all the way up to advanced auto-tracking PTZ cameras with AI. Our cameras come in HD analogue, IP and POC and are all available in different types of housing and in grey or white. With a variety of DVRs and NVRs in stock, you can rest assured that we have a recorder that is suitable for your job. All of our standard DVR's (non-POC) are 5 in 1 so will accept CVI, TVI, AHD, CVBS and they have extra channels available for IP cameras. All of our NVRs have the Audio Over CAT5e functionality as standard, enabling your customer to record separate audio on each channel if they need it (compatible cameras required), as well as advanced AI and the most up to date technology available. They use the same app as the DVRs too so there's no need to learn a new app for each type of recorder.
