We just celebrated our 6th birthday, and we are so proud of our latest milestones. We started out as a social first, community led brand with one channel and one all star Allure winning multi-tasking product. We are now in over 2,000 points of distribution, with Ulta Beauty in the US, and Sephora in Canada! We sell award winning makeup, suncare, and skincare products across the US, CAN, the UK, and more to come this year! Our Complexion and SPF products have made us the fastest growing prestige brand in our US distribution. We are redefining beauty with inclusive, easy-to-use products that celebrate the beauty in ALL skin tones. Our clean, skincare-powered makeup for all hues have garnered adoration from our community and earned numerous accolades, including Ulta Beauty's Emerging Brand of the Year Award, Allure's Best of Beauty Awards, the WWD Beauty Inc. Innovative Product of the Year Award! Our high-growth trajectory is fueled by our products, our partnerships, and our team. Our growing team includes: involved founders, inspired investors, and experienced leadership across Retail, Sales, Digital, and Product Development. We are building our team! We are looking for a: - Head of Marketing to join the Leadership and Marketing teams and drive brand awareness - Supply Chain Manager to support our rapidly growing operations team and inventory planning capability - Director of Sales and Education to help fuel the continuous success and growth of our Key Accounts partnerships and education strategies - Field Team expert in Florida and Northern California!
