Jayshree has got a state-of-the art manufacturing facility for producing Multi layer reinforced rubber hoses at Chakan industrial area in Pune. we have an imported extrusion line from Germany for producing multi layer hoses like radiator, water , heater hoses, CAC hoses , Fuel Hoes, Suction hoses and all kind of low & medium pressure hoses. we can produce 25000 pcs of black hoses in our manufacturing plant. We have got a dedicated floor of 30,000 sq ft only to produce silicon hoses & Turbo hoses with world class calendaring machine , Bias cutting machines and highly skilled labour force. we can produce around 5000 pcs of silicon hoses per day. Our hose plant is considered as one of the best rubber extrusion facility in India and the plant is approved by many OEMs like Reanult Nissan, JLR, Ford , TATA Motors etc etc
