ISTC (International Science and Technology Center)

International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1992, supporting peaceful scientific and technological cooperation worldwide. ISTC operates at the intersection of science, security and policy, enabling international collaboration to address global challenges related to CBRN risk reduction, biosafety and biosecurity, health security, disaster resilience and responsible science. With over 30 years of experience, ISTC works with governments, international organizations, donors, scientific institutions and experts across nearly 100 countries, translating cooperation into concrete, measurable impact. ISTC is governed by its member governments: Armenia, European Union, Georgia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Norway, Republic of Korea, Tajikistan and the United States.
