We specialize in integrated circuit design and lead ten multidisciplinary research groups, emphasizing interconnected themes in our innovative pursuits. Our scientific endeavors focus on integrating hardware, intelligence, and knowledge in systems designed around human communication and interaction. Key areas of our expertise include: - Material modeling and shaping for microsystems. - Design and reliability analysis of electronic components and circuits. - Advanced techniques in automated control, systems diagnosis, signal, and image processing. - Research in production engineering, cognitics, human engineering, and bioelectronics.
